Our refund and returns claim policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be visuable unused, unaltered and in the same artistic condition that you received it. Damage caused in-transit must be documented. It must also be in the original or equal packaging.
- Book products with obvious signs of use
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once the return is received and inspected, we send an email to notifing receipt of the returned item and approval or otherwise of a refund / exchange
If approved, refunds/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to a credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If seeking to exchange it for the same item, be aware these art products, in almost all case, are individually unique and are not easily exchange and proper negotiations will unfold.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if simply for a change your mind on any choice or purchase.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our art products. We cannot guarantee any digital monitor’s display of any colour will be entirely accurate.
We reserve the right, to limit the sale of our products to some geographic regions or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of some products.

The purchaser will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs for a returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return/replacement shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the locations involved, the time it may take for any exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
